Brisket Issue Launch Party
Last week saw us celebrate the launch of our Brisket Issue at East London’s fantastic Snackbar. They provided us with the best brisket sandwiches, Ardbeg brought the cocktails with their delicious, smoky whisky and DJ BBQ soundtracked the evening with a DJ set (as well as signing copies of the magazine). Big thanks to everyone who came along.
